Does Styling make a difference?

Getting the best price for your home

As we have discussed before an emotive home sells for more. (see here). Remember people’s base psychology is pretty much the same regardless of their specific demographics. A buyer in the market for a $350,000 townhouse will still have similar traits to a buyer looking at a $2 million luxury home – they both want to love the home they buy, they want to be proud and show it off to friends or relatives.

Styling makes a big impact, that leads that emotive buyer on a journey of the house. In this video, we have some before and after to show you the differences and the effect it makes, not only visually but also with sound and “feeling”.

This is a big part of helping get the best price for our clients. We do many things to get exposure for our homes. For more information about setting up for sale of your home head to our Seller’s resource page here.
