We hope you are feeling refreshed after the Christmas New Year break. We certainly kept busy putting homes under contract. We did get a chance to take a breath and enjoy time with friends and family. Our highlight over the break was a magnificent meal at local restaurant Shucks. We thoroughly enjoyed all the fresh seafood and fantastic cocktails by master pourer Brian! A break allows time to refocus on what is important to us and why we work so hard for our family. In 2022 we are aiming to reenergise and hit some personal and professional goals.

If you had an appraisal on your home in the last 12 months your house values would have changed dramatically. CoreLogic reports reveal continued growth for Brisbane and regional QLD. Any news suggesting a property market slowing are mostly referring to the slowing of Sydney and Melbourne markets. Brisbane is the leading capital city in terms of property value growth.
